Plastic ground cover weed control fabrics are used extensively in the greenhouse/nursery/forestry and landscaping business to control weeds.   Weed barriers are heavy duty black or white material that allows moisture to pass through but protects against weed growth.  

The use of farm and nursery and greenhouse weed barrier and ground covers are used worldwide in very large quantities.    Not only for weed control in growing areas, but extensively in rockeries and roadways because of the extreme durability of these materials.  

Greenhouse plastic ground covers are used extensively not only for outdoor weed control, but in greenhouses they are very often used for aisles and walkways.  Weed barrier is very popular for controlling weeds under benches.  Weed barriers are also used extensively when building greenhouses and use it as a base material with sand/rock or some types of gravel on top, rather than using concrete. 

Of particular value to nurseries and greenhouses for weed control are the tree squares and strips.   Plastic tree fabrics come in a variety of sizes and can be ordered cut for easy application for trees and shrubs of all size.   Likewise, standard width plastic ground cover can also be used for pre-weed control where pot size holes are cut and strips are laid on the ground.  

Landscape weed control and weed barriers are used extensively in the landscape market.   These landscape weed fabrics are used by landscapers on home, commercial, road, tarp and other areas where weed control is essential.   The landscape weed ground covers greatly maintenance and labor in commercial application.  The landscape weed barrier should not be used in greenhouses, but it is great for landscaping because it has needle-punched side that has a fuzzy matting appearance which holds the product to the soil and is extra thick and very stable. 

USGR offers white ground cover as well as black. Both are woven 3 oz in standard widths and lengths. White ground cover is often available on a seasonable basis. Because of high demand, early order is requested.
