Desert Cooler: DCP30

DCP3O – Desert Cooler – ias a compact evaporative air cooling unit. It applies the physical law of water evaporation that allows to lower the temperature of the air passing through the evaporative pad. External humidity determines the level of temperature reduction of the air treated.

Evaporative pads are constantly kept wet by a submersible pump of 30lt /min capacity. The air is blown into the pads by a 30″ fan where the motor is directly connected with the propeller.

The air flow capacity of this fan is up to 16000m³/h. An optional punched duct is also available, which is to be fixed to the air outlet of DCP30 in order to allow a better air distribution inside the building to be cooled.

DCP30 is supplied with a polyethylene 300 lt. water tink. The housing is made of galvanized steel. On/off operating of DCP30 can be controlled by installing a thermostat and/ or a hygrostat.

It is possible to use the Desert Cooler without water, by excluding (disconnecting] the pump, so as to have a high quantity of air rich in oxygen in positive pressure.

DCP30 “Top4” is a version equipped with air tower outlet and adjustable air deflectors. A connecting flange for fixing plastic duct to DCP30 Top4 is also available as an option. DCP30 “Top4” dimensions: 1200 x 1000 x 2500 (h) mm.
