POTABLE WATER STORAGE
Potable water storage is one of our specialties and we excel in this area! We provide both bolted and welded Superior Tanks to accommodate municipal applications such as potable water and drinking water storage. Our tanks meet or exceed relevant industry standards and certifications such as AWWA and NSF.
WASTE WATER STORAGE
Superior Tanks meet the requirements of wastewater storage. The powder coatings allow us to store various concentrations of wastewater, including corrosive industrial wastewater. In addition to wastewater, we can provide raw water and open top storm water tanks with larger diameter inlets and/or outlets.
FIRE PROTECTION STORAGE
Fire protection storage tanks by Superior Tank are well suited for a variety of fire protection applications. For water storage for protection for warehouses, schools and wildlife areas. With wide range of capacities, these tanks allows us to support many different applications.
PETROCHEMICAL AND CRUDE OIL STORAGE
We know the oil industry better than anyone else and pay special attention to field safety. They are specifically designed and manufactured for storage of crude oil and other petrochemicals such as light oils. Our Superior Tanks comply with a variety of API standards. Superior Tank is one of the only manufacturers certified to provide bolted tanks with the API 12B Monogram.
DRY BULK STORAGE
The newest addition to our product line, our dry bulk tanks are designed for storage of dry materials including sand, nuts and seeds. Our cone bottoms and bottom skirts allow for easier operation.
AGRICULTURE STORAGE
To fit agricultural applications, USGR and Superior Tank provides steel storage tanks for irrigation water storage, liquid fertilizer storage and crop storage. We can engineer and design tanks with various features including open tops and cone bottoms.
BOLTED STORAGE TANK
Our bolted steel tanks feature unparalleled assembly time, minimal site impact, a long renovation cycle and straightforward repairs.
These tanks can be used for a variety of applications including potable water storage, water storage for fire protection, wastewater storage and crude oil storage. They meet a number of industry standards including American Water Works Association (AWWA) D103, National Fire Prevention Association (NFPA), FM Approvals and American Petroleum Institute (API) 12B.
Our Superior Tank bolted tanks arrive to the job site as complete kits including hardware, structure and accessories and therefore can be built in only 1/3 of the time of other tank designs. The coating is applied at the factory eliminating the need to coat the storage tank in the field and ensuring a high-quality finish to protect the steel completely from corrosion.
WELDED TANKS
Welded tanks comply with various of industry standards including AWWA D-100 and NFPA-22. They are well suited for storage of potable water, wastewater, irrigation water and water for fire protection. For applications involving storage of crude oil, petrochemicals and liquid fertilizer our welded tanks can be engineered to API 12D or API 650 standards.
