F.01 Water Containment Pond Liners Horticulture Geoliners

USGR PAK Geoliners water containment pond liners installed in your pond or tank can improve your profitability by helping you contain runoff, recycle nutrients, capture rainfall and conserve water. Nursery and farm wastewater contains useful levels of nitrate, phosphate, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, boron, copper and sulphate. These nutrients, if recaptured, can lead to a significant reduction in fertilizer cost.
By containing runoff, USGR PAK geoliners water containment pond liners can also help you minimize environmental pollution. Further savings may be gained by catching rainfall and reducing water bills. Our water containment pond liners are made of tough PVC, Polypropylene and HypalonTM which are the standards for durability and reliability. These water containment pond liners are UV treated and resistant to temperature extremes. Extra wide widths and irregular shapes are available.

F.02 Industrial Liners
Water control for business and industry. USGR PAK Geoliners water containment pond liners offer you the durability and flexibility necessary for a wide range of applications. Our water containment pond liners are made of tough PVC, Polypropylene and HypalonTM which are the standards for durability and reliability. The pond liners are UV treated and resistant to temperature extremes. They are durable, abrasion resistant, easy to clean and engineered for years of service life.
Extra wide widths and irregular shapes are available with our water containment pond liners. Suitable applications include recreational lakes, decorative ponds, golf course water trap liners, water conveyance, reservoirs, oil reserve pits, mine tailings, canal and ditch liners, fly ash pads and ponds, leachate collection ponds, caps and liners for solid waste landfills and sanitary landfills, fire ponds and remediation liners.

F.03 Drainage Ditch & Pond Stabilization
An effective aid in nursery and farm runoff control. You’ll find PAK’s woven ground cover to be an effective tool in your water reclamation and containment efforts. Used as a ditch liner for discharge channels, it provides greater long-term control over soil stabilization runoff systems as well as reducing the “eroding out” of ditches. USGR ground cover is also useful as a skirt around reclamation ponds to stabilize soil. The material is made of rugged, woven polypropylene and is UV and abrasion resistant for maximum longevity.

F.04 Aquaculture Liners
Geoliners for aquaculture. USGR carries potable grade, reinforced polypropylene liners for aquaculture applications such as holding ponds, tank liners, line rearing ponds, hatcheries, field ponds, brine storage and waste handling ponds. Our fish and food grade liners are “clean” and do not allow polymers to leach into the water. They are made of a durable, abrasion resistant polypropylene, which is easy to clean and engineered for years of service life. They also help shield water from contaminated ground water. The liners are UV treated and resistant to temperature extremes. Extra wide widths and irregular shapes are available.

F.05 Agricultural Liners
Smart ways to improve agricultural water usage. PAK Geoliners water containment pond liners are an effective way to control water costs by containing and recycling agricultural water. Applications include watering ponds, dairy runoff ponds, irrigation runoff ditches and ponds, stock ponds, irrigation water storage and contaminated water containment ponds.

F.06 Turbidity Curtains
These floating curtains water containment pond liners help prevent construction related silt migration in waterways. USGR PAK turbidity curtains act as a floating silt fence helping to prevent construction runoff from clouding streams, lakes and rivers. They can be made to your exact specifications from UV stabilized, abrasion resistant polypropylene.
The flotation chamber is a vinyl encased, polystyrene foam pillow which can be from 50 to 100 feet in length. The skirt or curtain is a polypropylene screen from 3 to 30 feet in depth with an optional pocket for chain ballast at the bottom edge Commercial-quality construction features reinforced edges; UV stabilized sewing thread and rugged, brass, spread grommets for easy connections to adjacent curtains.

F.07 PAK PVC Geoliners
PAK PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
Geoliners are available in 10, 20, 30, 40, 50 and 60 mil thicknesses. PVC liners are UV stabilized and resistant to a wide range of pH levels and a variety of chemical concentrations. PAK can custom make panels in irregular shapes or extra wide widths for better installation, and all factory seams meet National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) standards. PVC Geoliners are available in the following grades: PVC Oil Resistant, PVC Fish Grade, PVC Low Temperature and PVC Potable Water Containment.

F.08 Polypropylene Geoliners
PAK Polypropylene (PPE) Geoliners represent the next step in synthetic liners. The flexibility of PAK polypropylene liners offers you greater latitude in your water containment design. PAK polypropylene liners are available in 20, 36 and 45 mil thicknesses. These liners are made from weather resistant materials and have many years of documented exposure history. PAK liners are UV stabilized. Our liners are dimensionally stabile and withstand a wide range of temperatures without stress cracking. A polyester scrim is built into the liners to increase their strength against punctures and tears. PAK can custom make panels in irregular shapes or extra wide widths for better installation, and all factory seams meet National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) standards.
