Row crop covers fabrics are used worldwide where outdoor crop temperature protection benefits the plant. We offer an extensive variety of frost protection row covers and cold protection row covers, also referred to as floating row covers. Our Agribon floating row covers and Weatherbond row covers can protect crops up to 8 degrees.

Row Crop Covers Fabrics

Both Agribon+ row crop covers and our Weatherbond frost protection row crop covers are non-woven material. Standard weights .45 oz per sq yd to 2 oz per sq yd. SPECIAL ORDERS ALLOWING 3 TO 4 WEEK DELIVERY FOR MATERIAL OF 3, 4 AND 6 OZ AVAILABLE BY SPECIAL ORDER AT CERTAIN SEASONS OF THE YEAR.

Frost protection row crop covers also are available in breathable, clear and white polyethylene. The options for over-wintering films are many. Frost protection – cold weather protection fabrics are effective on most crops even in areas that are frost free, where low temperature sensitive.

Agribon+ and Weatherbond cold protection and frost protection materials are also pest deterrent and some offer light filtering to optimize crop and nursery stock growth. Some materials you can choose the light filtration you want.

Weatherbond Row Crop Covers Fabric

12 EX-86 Pak Weatherbond

This Cold Protection Fabric is durable a woven, polypropylene fabric which blocks wind and helps reduce heat loss. The fabric is semitransparent to allow in sunlight, (provides a very light shade (60% shade, 40% sun). It helps eliminate the solar “hot spots” associated with traditional poly and is air and water permeable. The Pak Weatherbond row crop covers fabrics are highly UV stabilized for multi season use.

13 EX-95 Pak Weatherbond

Woven high-density polyethylene, which blocks wind and help reduce heat loss. The fabric is more transparent than our Ex-86, allowing in greater sunlight. EX-95 Pak Weatherbond row crop covers fabrics also diffuses light, which helps eliminate the solar “hot spots” associated with traditional poly Our 13 EX-95 is air and water permeable. High UV stabilization gives the fabric a multi season life- span.

16 Pak WeatherBond CCF

Nonwoven spunbonded polypropylene Pak Weatherbond row crop covers fabrics are designed to protect crops from cold, frost, insects, animals and a variety of other adverse environmental factors. The lightweight fabric will help capture and retain heat. It is breathable and allows good air circulation. The .5 oz. fabric also provides a very light shade.

14 1212-C Pak Weatherbond

Heavy duty, woven, coated polyethylene, which blocks wind and rain and reduce heat loss. The fabric is semitransparent and allows about 75% light transmission. 1212-C’s Pak Weatherbond rugged nature makes it well suited for windy applications, and it’s high UV stabilization ensures a long life-span. Heat sealed seams are available.

15 8053 & 8010-Clear Pak Weatherbond

Durable, lightweight, woven, coated polyethylene. The double sided 1.5 mil coating allows the fabric to block wind and rain and helps prevent heat loss. The fabric is highly UV stabilized for extend life.
