Aerotech Advantage® Fans

Advantage Fans
The Advantage® fan line is built for performance and reliability utilizing a number of features. This is the fan for producers who demand the best value.
The cast aluminum 3-blade airfoil-design propeller moves more air per watt than stamped steel blades. The high airflow performance (CFM) reduces the total fan requirements and have certified CFM/Watt air performance ratings by BESS Lab. The high efficiency continues inside the fan with capacitor-start/capacitorrun motors totally enclosed for protection from the environment. Exclusive motor/bearing supports are streamlined for minimal air resistance while providing solid 4-way support.
The durability continues on the outside with tapered housings and extended cones to smooth the airflow and dramatically improve efficiency. The housing bottom slopes out toward exterior drain holes to keep the building drier.

Rugged AeroLink PlusTm belts
Reduced vibration, wear and stretching add up to long life. In addition, AeroLink Plus belts eliminate the need for a belt tightener.
High quality belt tightener
For a low maintenance alternative Aerotech offers a simple automotive style belt tightener designed to reduce wear on drive components and keep a constant tension for optimal performance. The belt is constructed of aramid fiber for long wear and durability in harsh environments.
Larger-diameter pulleys
Large pulleys provide greater belt wrap. This means belt tension can be lower without slippage, so there’s less stress that reduces the life of belts and bearings.
The bottom line is Aerotech quality and efficiency doesn’t cost more. It pays, year after year.
