USGR offer bag sealers for sealing plastic bags. The unique designs of our bag sealers allows you to run continuous operation. Our bag sealers are used domestically and internationally. Used for sealing a wide variety of plastic bags.

Our bag sealers and pillow bag sealers as well as our very heavy duty high speed model all operate on variable speed. These hot air sealers both standard and heavy duty can be purchased with or without casters. All of our hot air sealers can come with embossed coders at a very low price.

Model CML100 Hot Air Sealer

We have a new control panel for the Model CML100 Hot Air Sealer. It utilized heat controllers and solid state relay that increases heat from 500 to 1000 watts.

• CML-100 – Heavy duty pillow-type bag sealer designed for use with manual or automatic bagging.
• CMS-101 – Designed to seal bags up to 32 mil, ideal for medical, food and contract packaging.
• CMG-102 – Heavy-duty gusset bag sealer with conveyor.
• CMH-104 – High speed Hot Air Sealer designed for speeds up to 130 feet/min.

SOIL BAGGERS AND BAGGING MEDIA

USGR Soil Baggers Volumetric Soil Bagger is the perfect compliment our Bag Sealers and for multiple horticultural processes. Quickly and efficiently fill bags of your choice with your own growing media. The Soil Baggers operator simply places a bag around the quick-clamp bag chute and steps on the foot pedal to open the bag and fill it with soil or other bagged media. A digital display allows for various bag sizes to be stored in memory for easy recall and versatility.

Bags can be sealed with a manual wire ties or an optional automatic hot air sealer/ trimmer. Incorporates Soil Baggers into your operations to allows you to create a new line of cash flow by selling your custom mixes by the bag. USGR Soil Baggers can be customized to handle even the harshest of mixes.

Baggers and handling equipment is used to bag and process more than just soil. It is also used to mix and bag various soil components and many other materials that need to be mixed and bagged. We custom make equipment including baggers to fit our client’s needs based upon material to be bagged and possibly mixed.
