USGR corrugated polycarbonate solid sheets are virtually unbreakable, easy to install and highly
transparent. Coextruded with a UV protection layer, corrugated polycarbonate solid sheets are available in a large variety of colors and shapes for a wide range outdoor applications.

» Start screwing where the sheet overlaps the previously installed sheet
» Fasten the sheets to purling by placing screws in the ridge of the sheets
» In case of installing on a wall a screw can be placed in the valley of the sheet

» Minimum slope is 10% (5.7°)
» Install the sheets with the UV side facing upwards and once it has been installed remove the tape and labels.
» Do not leave the sheets with masking on under the sun as it can become impossible to be removed.
» Use 50.8mm (2”) screws for the installation of Greca and Sinus sheets.
» Use 76.2mm, 3” screws for Big Wave sheets.
» The usage of 79mm (3.1) diameter EPDM washer is recommended for fastening screws.
» Screws must be screwed perpendicular to the sheets.
» Do not tighten the screws too much as it can damage the EPDM synthetic rubber washer.
» The diameter of the hole for the screws is 3-4mm (0.118” – 0.157”).
Solid corrugated polycarbonate is designed with additional stiffness to resist wind and snow loads, making CORRUGAL an ideal roofing material. With a large variety of shapes and colors, including clear corrugated polycarbonate can be found in skylights, pergolas and fencing.

Our Corrugated Polycarbonate is available in 6 shapes including Sinus, Greca, P-7 (Big Wave) and Trapezoid. Among the 18 color options available are; clear, blue, pearl, bronze, opal and six metallic options. Sheets are available under wave and over wave format.
USGR EXTRUDED CORRUGATED POLYCARBONATE SHEETS are produced according to internal ISO standards and are cost-effective in a wide range of outdoor applications, such as canopies, industrial areas covers and others.
Our extruded polycarbonate sheets provide long-life products with high transparency, outstanding impact strength, weathering and ageing resistance with UV protective layer, safe and easy fabrication and handling. Corrugated sheets can be anti-fog coated upon request, orders may be subject to minimum quantities.
