Mega-Lock Glazing System is specially designed for use in glazing with 6 to 16 polycarbonate multi wall sheets in urban applications such as covered walkways, entrance-ways, parking spaces, bus stations and other similar applications.

Mega-Lock Glazing System has a rabbet depth of 25 mm (1″) which enhances its fastening properties and prevents glazing failures due to wind and snow loads or thermal expansion.

Mega-Lock Glazing System is specially designed for use in glazing with 6 — 16 polycarbonate multi wall sheets coverings in urban applications such as covered walkways, entrance-ways, parking spaces, bus stations and other similar applications.

Mega-Lock Glazing System for polycarbonate sheet panels has a rabbet depth of 20 mm, which enhances its fastening properties and prevents glazing failures due to wind and snow loads or thermal expansion especially in areas where heavy snow and strong wind loads is a problem.

The Mega-lock profiles are interconnected by means of self-drilling screws of different lengths. The mega-lock system includes screws for fixing the base profile to the support structure.

Our interconnecting Polycarbonate profiles connect sheets and cover structural connections and allow the covering of large areas, especially semi-transparent roofing, without obstructing the incoming light at the connecting points.

The profiles do not add structural strength; they are flush with the sheet and can be bent at the minimal radius permitted by the sheet. Profiles are protected from UV damage by a special protective layer over external surfaces.

Our high-quality panels are 200 times stronger than glass and eight times stronger than acrylic sheets. Each Polycarbonate Panel passes stringent inspection and complies with ISO 9002 quality control standards.

RECOMMENDED POLYCARBONATE CONNECTION PROFILES

Easy Clip (ECP) connection profiles are for use with sheets having a thickness from 6 to 10 mm and can be used in a wide variety of DIY, simple architectural and agricultural applications.

The profiles have a special “snap-and-click” design which does not require support of the base profile from below when installing, making them especially suitable for high roof installations.
The system includes screws for fixing the base profile to the support structure.

GCP (Gasket Clip Profiles) connection profiles with integrated gaskets are intended for use with sheets having a thickness from 6 to 10 mm sheets and are designed for greater water sealing capability. This system can be used in a wide variety of DIY, simple glazing and agricultural applications.

The profiles have a “snap-and-click” design for connecting of base and cap profiles. The system is available with both polycarbonate or aluminum base profiles and includes screws for fixing the base profile to the support structure.

HCP connection profiles are intended for use with sheets having a thickness from 6 to 16 mm and can be used in a wide variety of DIY and agricultural applications.
